How do I hire your stuff?

Browse our collection of quality hire pieces. Consider choosing complimentary pieces for layered styling. Think different heights, colour and texture.

Decide on the quantities you require for the look you'd like to achieve. Consider the areas you'd like to dress with styling decor pieces: Dining tables, Buffet, Lounge, Bar etc.

Fill out our 'Hire enquiry Form' on our contact page. Be sure to list the ITEMS, QUANTITY, SIZE and COLOUR you require and let us know your event date and location.We will email a quote within 48hrs.
I'm a little overwhelmed and not sure what to hire to make my event look special, can you help?
Absolutely! We're all about helping you have a great experience when planning your big day, so if you need guidance putting together a collection of lovely decor pieces that best suits your style theme, we're here to help!
How do I lock everything in now so I don't have to worry about missing out later?
To secure your favourite hire pieces for the big day, we require a 40% deposit for your booking. Once all is confirmed and deposit is received, those pieces will be locked in for your date. The final payment is due 7-days prior to your event.
How long is the hire period?
The hire period is 3-4 days from pick up to drop off. Most clients like us to deliver the day before the event and collect the day after. We'll contact you the week before your event to organise a day/time that suits you best.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we want to keep things simple for you - there is no minimum spend.
Do you allow DIY collection/returns?
We allow you to pick up & drop off the smaller pieces in our hire inventory eg: candles, vases etc. We do not offer DIY handling of our furniture or larger hire pieces as we like to prep our goods for transport in our own particular way minimising damage and ensuring a high product standard for our hire inventory.
Where are you located?
Our inventory is housed on a private property in the heart of the Macedon Ranges. You will be given the address for collection once your order has been confirmed with a booking deposit.
Do you ship/deliver interstate?
No -sorry. Our hire service covers Melbourne, Macedon Ranges, Daylesford, Ballarat, Bendigo and surrounding regional areas.
How long before our bond money is returned?
The bond will be returned (between 2 -14 days after your event) if there is no permanent damage or when lost items are returned to us. Product replacement costs will be taken out of the bond if required and the remainder will be returned.
Do I have to clean the hire pieces?
No, we'll take care of the cleaning of our hire pieces. BUT, we do ask that you rinse all the cutlery so that it is free of food stuffs before it is collected/returned.
